Return / Replacement / Refund policy on Shipment
1. In case of open/damaged package is before delivery: Refund or Replacement
Please do not accept any Package if the package of the product is seems to be opened also the customer should immediately notify via email to get the refund.
Note: In case customer accept the open package then it is full discretion of InnovateCart team to give refund or replacement.
2. In case of missing count of quantity: Refund on pro-rated
In case of missing product count without damage of package. InnovateCart will provide refund on pro-rated value of the product on having the valid proof.
Note : We strongly recommend taken a video while open the package.
3. In case customer cancel the product before shipment: Full Refund
Customer will get the full refund before the package is shipped.
4. In case customer cancel the product after shipment: Partial Refund
Customer need to refuse package and will get the refund by deducting shipment charges.
5. In case customer not reachable while delivery: Partial Refund
Customer will get the refund by deducting shipment charges.

ICRP-A – No return & No replace
Once Order is dispatched to customer related Products, there is no return for the products unless the product reaches Expiry date before arrival/ or the products seems to not usable due to very bad quality which harm your health. In such case, the Customer need to notify us by taking photograph/video of the product and send us the email confirmation to return/refunded to the Product. In Such case, the product should reach us within 3 days from receiving the product.
ICRP-B – Return or replace
Products can be return/replace within 10 days from the date of receiving the product. The Product can be return/replace due to following reasons,
1. Change in Colour of the product
Note : Only change in Colour but not for changes in shades because due to photograph, the shades may vary from the original product.
2.Change in Size of the product
Note : A Separate Size Chart has been attached in the website or mentioned in the description. The Customers are advised to use the Size chart to select their size correctly.
3.Change in specification of the product as mentioned in the description.
Note : Please check the product description & content carefully.
Policy for Return / Replacement / Refund
Return : The Customers are advised to send the product photograph with order id to email@example.com or product return link then will arrange of return pickup. The product will be validated via email before the customer return the product to us. The Products can be returned only if the product is returned as it is without any other damage.
Note : InnovateCart will not refund if the product is return with damaged/any stained/washed / used / any other condition and it should be as it is delivered to you.
Replacement : Product is replaced only based on the availability, if product is not available, the customer want to select any other available product.
Note : InnovateCart Will replace the product if the product is return as per return policy.
Refund : Amount will be credited maximum of 2-10 days to their mode of payment while purchase. In case of COD (Cash on delivery) will be added to customer InnovateCart account and it can be used on next purchase.
Note : InnovateCart will refund is only if the product is return as per the return policy. Current COD is not available in Innovatecart, we trying to add in future.
